ZELJKA RELJAN-MUSIC is a conceptual artist that is not afraid to experiment with the materials she encompasses, to create works of genuine exclusivity. As a child, Zeljka has had a deep fascination with jewellery and admired its appealing qualities of décor. She would not miss the chance to stand outside a jewellery shop window for ages at a time, simply to view and absorb the assortments of diverse shapes, sizes, colours and designs.

This life-long fascination with jewellery inspired the beginning of new hobby for Zeljka, which gradually developed into an inescapable passion. Zeljka started off with a limited amount of material and equipment, but over time built up her supplies alongside her enthusiasm in this newfound field of creativity.

Zeljka works with a great range of contrasting, nevertheless selective materials, which are carefully assembled to create jewellery that is in every way unique, furthermore refined in its added personal touch of human warmth and imagination. She has incorporated many new materials into her works over time, which now include Swarovski crystals, Swarovski pearls, freshwater pearls, semi-precious stones, mother-of-pearl shells and coral alongside all sort of beads imaginable.
